Today I’m doing a quick, simple yet yummy juice as part of my juicing recipes. Sometimes I like to make really quick simple juices, however, today’s juice has a slight twist!
C32 Healthy Juice #2
- 2 Organic Cucumbers
- 1 Organic Zucchini
- 2 Organic Carrots
- 1 500gm bag Organic Baby Spinach
- 1 large stick of Organic Parsley
- ¼ to ½ Bunch of Celery
- 3 Organic Apples
- 1 Organic Beetroot
- 2cm think piece Ginger
- 1 Organic Lemon
Note: whilst prepping everything grate the lemon rind, set aside, and add to your juice before you drink it.

Juicing is a great way to get vitamins and minerals adsorbed quickly and easily into your body. Why is that important? I used an analogy in my other C32 Juice # 1 Blog so here’s the link to that. High in Vitamin B which is important in preventing fatigue and keeping a happy mind. As a child, I was told carrots are great for your eyesight and according to Dr Axe they are because they protect your eyes due the vitamin A in them. To support a healthy heart, clean the blood, boost endurance, stamina and maintain a healthy sex drive then beetroots are the way to go. They will also help slow ageing (who doesn’t want that?). They contain Magnesium, Potassium, Copper, Manganese, Phosphorus, Folate, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Iron and Sodium.
Is a part of the turmeric and cardamom family making it a powerful in treating or preventing many health issues such as strokes, heart disease, ingestion, nausea, malabsorption, bacterial and fungal infections, ulcers and is powerful anti-inflammatory and most of all it has powerful anticancer healing properties.
I love lemons which is great because they are so good for you! They have alkalizing benefits as the body converts them into alkaline form once ingested. They are filled with Vitamin C (this we all know) which helps with colds and flu. Not only do they contain fiber but they also contain Thiamin, Riboflavin, Iron, Folate, Potassium, Copper, Calcium and Vitamin B6.
Remember my motto for positive change is ‘Little Puzzle Pieces Create a Big Picture’… It’s important to remember your Physical and Environmental Stress can be reduced by eating and living a balanced healthy lifestyle. When you’re in good physical health you mentally will feel better thus supporting your Emotional stress levels.
I like to look at it this way… you can have your Champagne and have a juice too (yin yang balance!).
