Hello I’m Character 32 and welcome to my site.

This is my first post so I wanted to do a little introduction as I think it’s important we establish a relationship together. Bear with me, blogging is unfamiliar territory however I’m sure I will pick it up quickly! Hopefully I’ve designed this blog so it’s quick, easy and effective for you to follow.

Recently a close friend told me I’m a very diversified woman with great strength and determination. She didn’t know anyone with my broad knowledge on diverse subjects from renovations to beauty, health, travel, relationships and more. Apparently, according to her, I’m the ‘go to girl’! So I decided to start this blog to help people who could use what I have learned and maybe make a difference in their lives. 

In this section of my blog I want to focus on what I call the 'Big 3’ Stress Solutions Puzzle. I want to help alleviate the Physical, Emotional and Environmental stress we endure. As we are not all equally attuned to these they will affect us differently and we can’t allow ‘The Big 3’ stresses to control us otherwise it will negatively impact our lives.  In my dark days I’ve learned ‘The Big 3’ stresses work together and it’s a game of determination, knowledge and skill to survive.

The ‘trigger factors’ of the the 'Big 3’ stresses can lead to sickness, disease and metal health issues. My goal is to empower you with knowledge to help you avoid these issues and become mindful, present and aware of your surroundings.

Tackling the 'Big 3’ stresses can be approached in a number of ways with a combination of different methods. Stress reduction is the aim of the game so it’s important to know how the 'Big 3’ stresses can work together. I’ll blog on nutrition, purchasing choices, calming your mind and ridding yourself of judgment and improving your interpersonal skills. We’ll improve family struggles, relationship dramas or challenges with colleagues. The goal is to tackle health issues, sort out our bodies and find clarity in our minds, to get you looking and feeling good which equates to a happier, healthier and more positive you. These methods are not a quick fix but a longer term approach to help improve your wellbeing and quality of life.  Let’s work together, pay it forward and restore the yin yang balance to our lives.
