Designer Wooden Twists from Ovas for that Unique Furniture Look

Hi Everyone!

Hope you’re having a great day, afternoon or evening…

This is the first posts of many I will be doing about my Wooden Ovas Twists (which I totally love!). I bought these in Singapore a few years ago. They have become part of my furniture collection that will either travel overseas with me or get stored with my ‘other must keep items’.

People always comment on my Ovas twists and I have even bigger set for our dining table (but that is another post for another time).

I wanted to show you how easy it is to create a space with a few simple items which can turn an empty area into a wow factor only using a few items.

How to create a unique look with the designer wooden Ovas twists

So let’s start off by showing you the space where it needs a little something added to it because let’s face it, it’s an empty and boring space that’s waiting for a little transformation. Good thing I have just the right pieces for this project. So let’s get started!

Here’s how I’ve taken these two twists and put them into the area.

Next, I have laid them flat on top of one another and placed a glass top over it.

I’ve made a very easy, inexpensive and effect look by adding two catalogues I’ve been sent from Louis Vuitton. Add to this a vase and some (fake) flowers that we were gifted from our last apartment.

The colour tones from the Louis Vuitton catalogues complement the colour of the Ovas twists and the green flowers complement the brown (think tree and nature coming together). It’s a more natural look when you combine a natural piece of wood and add green in the surroundings. The little silver twig gives it a little pop of a different colour just adding a little something extra.

This space I’ve created took me all of 5 minutes to assemble and stay tuned as I will be creating more with these Ovas twists…

Until next time see it, love it, create it! This is Character 32 doing her best to help you!
